Description

SS24 Creative Direction for the LVMH prize winning Japanese fashion brand KOZABURO. Made the mythical landscape of "The Land of Setting Sun” come to life through a virtual lookbook shoot, fashion film shot on a NYC subway, and NYFW runway show with full scenic install.

SS24 Runway Scenic Design & Production

Runway design direction & production for Kozaburo's first solo presentation with New York Fashion Week. Two guardian drummers flanking the runway with light caustics painting the back wall, vibrating to the sound of the drums. A giant snake made from recycled denim by Wenjue Lu lays on top of a rippling Zen garden of rocks. Ropes wound in intricate repeating patterns form the last element that carves out an infinity runway.

SS24 Brand Film Direction

Directed SS24 video “Gaurdians” for Kozaburo. A four part journey from Brooklyn to the mythical “Land of Setting Sun” on the iconic New York City subway.
